Rosie came to us after her owner passed away, and we're trusted to care for her until she finds a forever home. She's a sweet, friendly lady looking for a cozy place to land. If you're searching for a new best friend, Rosie would love to meet you soon. Rosie is currently in an awesome foster home. Please email our team at WCFoster@bvspca.org to schedule a meet.
