West Chester Weightlifting is hosting Lift for Paws -- an event to raise money for the Brandywine SPCA.
On Saturday, April 1st, from 11a-3p, they will be teaching an introductory weightlifting course meant to help you get comfortable with basic weightlifting movements.
And we're bringing some adoptable friends!
