See the impact of your work in the eyes of every animal we help.
We call ourselves #TeamBVSPCA. Were passionate animal advocates deeply committed to our work and continuously innovating how we do that work. Youre excited to be part of #TeamBVSPCA and model that in your daily actions and behavior. You are good spirited, and warm and friendly to colleagues, volunteers, and community. You seek out new challenges, take initiative, and go the extra mile.

Youre committed to our mission, seeking out ways to contribute more in your role. You seek to understand our clients and their needs. You value, thank, and appreciate your colleagues and our volunteers.
Must love animals! Sure, that seems obvious, but you need to really love animals. It's not all puppies and kittens, although they are a big perk. The work can be hard, physically and emotionally, but the rewards are huge.
And people, too. We believe deeply in the human/animal bond, so our work is about helping people as much as it is helping pets. This could be adopters, pet families visiting our clinic, or community supporters.
Ready for a challenge? The employees who thrive in our organization rise to the challenge, from stepping up to help in a natural disaster to taking the extra time to figure out how to help a frightened dog or cat feel safe.
Self-starters wanted! We believe there are always more ways to help save lives. We need folks who take ownership of their role, break down barriers, and bring new ideas. In return, we offer virtually endless learning opportunities and prioritize career growth from within the team.
