Winter is a stunning girl with a heart as big as her ears! She was immediately friendly with us and adapted quickly to our home. She is house trained and will let you know when she needs to go outside - she did not have a single accident during her stay! She is a smart girl and seems to know "sit" already and is working on learning some other commands. She was well-behaved in the house, not chewing on anything other than her toys!
Winter is an energetic gal who is up for any and all adventures - she loves to be going somewhere, whether that's a long walk outside or a ride in the car. She's even happy to wear a coat when going out in the cold! She has been friendly to the people she's met while out and about and she seems pretty interested in other dogs, but we didn't get a chance to make any introductions during her stay with us.
At home, Winter is content to curl up on her bed, but she enjoys cuddling on the couch with you even more! She is definitely the happiest when she's close to her people. If you're looking for a smart, affectionate, and loyal companion who will happily be your shadow, Winter might just be the perfect match! Winter is taking a break in a foster home. Appropriate handling items for the animal that you are adopting: a carrier for a cat or other small item (available to be purchased at our shelter) or a collar and leash if you are adopting a dog (also available to be purchased at our shelter)
