Ruthie is seeking her forever home and gets along well with people and other dogs. She recently enjoyed Shelter Skip Day, exploring a park, shopping, and dining outdoors. Her companions describe her as loving, goofy, social, fun, well-behaved, and an absolute sweetheart who settles nicely and would make a great family dog.
