Meet Rusty! Rusty is looking for a second chance and a forever home where he can settle in, feel safe, and know what it means to be loved. Rusty can feel stressed in his kennel and may bark, but with some one-on-one attention, he quickly settles and shows his calmer side. He is easy to leash and has shown some wonderful manners, including waiting at an open door for staff's cue before heading outside. Rusty has met other dogs at the shelter and will continue to have opportunities to socialize while he waits for his forever family. Could you be the person Rusty has been waiting for?
