Peter always looks happy. That is not an exaggeration, the dog wears a permanent smile. He flops onto his back for tummy rubs, taps you politely for ear scratches, and plays a very enthusiastic game of tug.
At six years old he has grown into an easy, affectionate companion who prefers people to other dogs and is friendliest with the ladies of the canine world. Peter is a wonderful dog for someone who wants a happy shadow and a whole lot of belly rub time.

A current driver’s license (you must be over 18 years of age to adopt)
Necessary fees for adoption (credit card payment only, no cash or checks)
Appropriate handling items for the animal that you are adopting: a carrier for a cat or other small item (available to be purchased at our shelter) or a collar and leash if you are adopting a dog (also available to be purchased at our shelter)
