Niko is a sweet, affectionate boy with a big heart and lots of personality. He may take a little longer to warm up-especially with men-but with patience and kindness, his trust grows quickly and his loving nature shines through. He loves going on walks and is a champion sniffer who enjoys taking in the world around him. Curious and observant, Niko likes to stay aware of his surroundings. When it's time to relax, he's all about affection, cuddles, and happy hugs (he may jump when excited!). Niko will do best with a patient, gentle adopter who's willing to let him open up at his own pace. Once he does, you'll gain a loyal, loving companion for life. Necessary fees for adoption (credit card payment only, no cash or checks)
Appropriate handling items for the animal that you are adopting: a carrier for a cat or other small item (available to be purchased at our shelter) or a collar and leash if you are adopting a dog (also available to be purchased at our shelter)
