Poor Moony was found tied to a tree with three other dogs. The dogs were out in the heat, with no shade, no food, no water, and looking very underweight. Moony was rescued and is getting the care she deserves. Moony would love to get this care and attention in a home of her very own. Mooney appears to be housetrained.
