Mikah was found tied to a fence with her pink harness on with a note that read, "Mikah, I'm friendly you can have me." Despite being let down by people, she has been friendly and easy to handle by our staff. She is also dog friendly. Mikah has been on several Shelter Skip Day outings. Her Skip Day buddies say she is a smart dog. Mikah waited for a command before she jumped out of the car. She is playful and so easy to love.
