Lady is a popular pooch and has enjoyed home visits with some of our awesome volunteers.
Lady enjoyed a long weekend break from the shelter. Here is the report on Lady:
"We had a hike, a lot of neighborhood walks, and lounging in between. Lady is 100% committed to cuddling and licking you when she gets the opportunity. She's affectionate and enjoys the company of anyone who will pay attention to her. She was able to be quickly potty trained in the house after a few short days. Lady will go in her crate or sleep in a comfy bed all night long. She willingly goes in and out of her crate with no issues. She enjoyed treats of marrow bones and bully sticks. She displayed excellent leash manners, with little pulling and no reaction to other dogs or people walking by. Lady enjoyed cooling off in a mini pond on her getaway."
Lady also had a break from the shelter with another volunteer and here is what was reported:
"Lady was grateful and sweet outside of the shelter. She was great in car and loves to walk. Lady is obedient and respectfully of everyone she met-dogs, people and a baby in a stroller. Lady appreciates her rest after a day out too!"
