Poor Coco, her previous owner moved and left her tethered outside all alone. Coco was found underweight and with ribs showing. Despite this, pretty Coco was friendly and happy. Coco displays the most adorable energy. She loves to be around you and loves her toys. She will even throw her toys to herself! Wow! She knows the command "sit." Coco is also dog friendly.
