Meet Blanko! Brandywine Valley SPCA pulled Blanko from ACCT Philly's urgent list where they have too many pets and not enough space or adopters. This distinguished gentleman is looking for his forever home. He did wonderfully during intake at ACCT and happily soaked up every pet and cuddle. You can find Blanko in our play yards with his new friends, waiting to meet his future family. Blanko has been a popular dog in our Shelter Skip Day program.
