A shelter is no place for a senior so Bismarck is currently enjoying some time in a foster home. Bismarck is affectionately called, "Bizzy" in his foster home and he is settling in nicely. Bismarck is dog friendly. We are hoping to find a forever home for Bismarck where he can be a cherished family pet. Please contact the foster coordinator at rwilliamson@bvspca.org to set up an appointment to meet Bismarck. You are also welcome to call or stop by the shelter and our staff would be happy to schedule a meet and greet with Bismarck.

A current driver’s license (you must be over 18 years of age to adopt)
Necessary fees for adoption (credit card payment only, no cash or checks)
Appropriate handling items for the animal that you are adopting: a carrier for a cat or other small item (available to be purchased at our shelter) or a collar and leash if you are adopting a dog (also available to be purchased at our shelter)
