Meet Beast. Big name, soft heart. Not a beast at all. Much like his fairytale namesake, Beast is a shy boy who's been let down more than once and still shows up wanting love.
With people he trusts, he leans in, rolls over for belly rubs, paws at your arm when you stop petting, and brings you toys. When comfortable, he's a goofball who loves zoomies, tug, stuffies, and food puzzles. But he needs patience and time to get there. With strangers and new places, he can be anxious and fearful. But move at his speed with a gentle, calm voice, and lots of patience, and he will let his true self shine. His future adopter should plan slow introductions to his new home and family, rather than big welcome parties and outings.
Beast is looking for a quiet, adult-only home where he can have all the attention of a steady person. In return, he'll give you everything he has. If you have room in your heart and your home, please come and meet this special boy. We all love him, and we think you will too.
